Dr. Kures has lived in the Seattle area for 25 years and is a graduate of O'Dea high school.
He has grown up with all types of pets including 4 labrador retrievers, 4 cats, a horse, lizards, toads, and a turtle. While horses were his original draw to veterinary medicine, he has settled into taking care of dogs and cats exclusively.
He left the Seattle area to attend Carroll College in Helena Montana where he double majored in Biology and Anthrozoology (the study of the human animal bond). While in Montana he worked at a specialty internal medicine clinic and at the school barn looking after a herd of 10+ horses.
Dr. Kures is passionate about helping our 4 legged family members have good quality of life for as long as possible by advocating for preventative medicine. He is especially interested in radiology (imaging techniques including x-rays and ultrasound). While truly a lover of all cats and dogs, every Labrador who walks into the clinic is sure to be Dr. Kures' favorite patient of the day!
