They care and totally manage to handle a neurodivergent person like myself as I navigate the path of a pet with a chronic illness with care, patience, and a sense of humor. They go in depth and answer my questions without hesitation and never once have I heard anything patronizing or condescending toward me. They handle my cat's needs even better.
